We can provide a 24 hour laser cutting service for time critical orders.

Laser Cutting

Multi directional 5 axis Trumpf machinery. NADCAP Approved. Customer pressings cut. Pipe and box work capabilities.

Water Cutting

High pressure water jet cutting from a variety of most materials including Aluminium up to 150mm thick. NADCAP approved.

Bending

We are able to bend a variety of materials including steel, stainless steel and aluminium accurately and of various thicknesses with our CNC Trumpf 2.5m and 4m Tru Bend and CNC Amada 50, 100 and 175 ton Press Brakes.

General Welding & Assembly

We offer a range of metal welding services and are certified in accordance with current British and European standards. Our specialist welding services include: 5 axis laser welding, MIG welding, TIG welding, Seam welding, Spot welding. We can also assemble components using the latest bonding and mechanical fixing to give a final quality assured product.

Reverse Engineering

Our Trumpf TQ1250 qualifier machine allows us to offer a back engineering service for parts up to 1250mm x 1250mm. DXF drawing files can be produced for laser or punch profiling. Greater accuracy in measurement with decreased inspection time. This machine has the capability to calculate the geometry data of opaque work pieces which may have been processed in any number of ways: laser or plasma cutting. With Reverse Engineering a CAD file can be created straight from the prototype work piece, without models, whether in paper or material form.

CAD Facilities

Experienced CAD operators with many years experience in drawing to laser and punch processing. Any drawing file, DWG or DXF, can be used to create the programming for our CNC machines.
